Yes. The Muslim meaning of Jihad means a war from within. A personal struggle with their own demons. The extremists have twisted this into a struggle from without and have transformed 15% of 1 billion Muslims into twisted madmen. The God fearing peaceful Muslims are a timid people and are threatened if they do not take an extremist point of view . They have little recourse since the supposed justified violence that an extremists perpetuates makes it easy for those of their ilk to gain power with in their regions. Remember the American revolution? Or the rise to power of Hitler whom only had 4% of the population behind him when he took the leadership role in Germany. Mien Kempf (my struggle) is the same as the word Jihad (my struggle within) yet has been twisted from without. A worldwide revolution has started and will not end even if we become isolationists once again. Let's not allow them to gain in strength. The ball is rolling so fast no amount of nations can stop it and the threat to our way of life is real and it's future as the world's future is a bleak one. All we can do is lessen the pain and death by nipping this the bud. GWB realizes this. So do the Democrats but they had to disagree with something so that they could gain power.

Isn't the world in a big enough mess already? Are you stark raving mad? I couldn't think of a better candidate for NOT having as a replacement. Quite honestly, I wouldn't trust Bush with the class hamster over the school holidays.
