Putting his looks to one side,more seriously this man has taxed us until 'the pips squeak'. He has been quite clever because many people in the UK think because there's been no increase in income tax it's not too bad. Just for an example 70% increase in council tax since he came in,1% on National Insurance etc.
He throws crumbs to the troops on their income tax whilst on active service only because of pressure from the media. Free TV licences for over 75's,big deal.
He has just given one hundred million pounds of our money to the Iraqi Government, any idea how many millions of aid to these guys has disappeared?.The truth is he and most of this government couldn't run a corner shop without going bankrupt. Before the next election he'll throw money at the electors so they vote New Labour hoping most of them(electors) are too stupid to realise it's their own money, afterwards if they win they'll claw it back with interest.
Just in case anyone's still interested 'Prudence' Brown has turned a 20 billion surplus in our economy into a 30 billion deficit since becoming Chancellor.

I don't think his appearance is that important now that his wife makes him wash his hair occasionally. On the other hand he has stealthily and quite brilliantly taxed us to the highest levels ever without anybody noticing.
I particularly like the way he announces tax rises and then delays the implementation of them by six months so that people don't notice or don't associate them with him.
Hats off to the man. He can fool almost all of the people almost all of the time !!

I feel that this question and some of the answers given are absolutely disgusting, I'm not labour fan but i think that people enjoy to give politicians a hard time, if you were in their shoes you would find it a lot harder, Its impossible to please everyone in this country. I think most of you are playing along with this question because its fashionable not to like politicians, many people cant back up their hatred of them and I for one find it quite ridiculous.

It will, the same as his pockets are bulging with our hard earned cash. What a crooked, lying b*stard he has turned out to be. He just loves taxing us so that he can give our money away to other countries, so that he can look benevolent in their eyes. I just hope that his poor kid doesn't suffer and end up with his looks.
