Hollywood made Rocky 6 because of constant demand for the movie. And it's not directed by the same people it was before and they think that they will be able to bring the Rocky series back to life by putting a up and coming actor like Vin Diesel in it.

Money is always a given. Stallone is far from broke. I guarantee that the demand for this movie will be high and I bet it will be very successfull. Stallone is trying to give Hollywood one last "oommph" before he stops with the movies. He may make a few more flicks before he stops making movies, but this new Rocky movie most likely will be the last great movie he will be known for. I wish him the best of luck.
