As long as the "flirting" doesn't have a correlation to the outcome of the course and he or she doesn't do or say anything overtly, I'd put it down to a personal teaching style. However, if any of the students feel threatened by this style or feel that the grading proceeds unfairly because of it, the student should ask whoever is receiving the attention or speak to the teacher and ask why he or she said a certain thing and that it made the student uncomfortable. Sometimes a teacher does not realize how a student interprets what he or she does or says.

If it is an obvious thing that disrupts the class, and the teacher does not modify his or her behavior after the student or students say something about it, then it should be reported to administrators, who will then have a talk with the teacher.

Don't jump the gun on reporting a "flirting teacher," unless you want the teacher to possibly be sacked, have no future employability or unless it is so blatant and disruptive that you can't do anything else. If the teacher is sacked and leaves, you never know how good or bad the replacement might be--it could be ten times worse! So, make a balanced judgment on whether the flirting hampers your learning experience and go from there. Any accusation of sexual harassment or misconduct is a serious thing for any teacher or student.

It depends on what type of flirting she is doing. If she is showing off more skin than a teacher should to impress the "guy" students then bring it up to the principal. Also if you see her giving her number out, touching the students in a sexual attraction kinda way, or just plain inviting them to do things with her is a big no no.....let someone know right away what is going on. if it is just a flirty smile here and there, it can't be too big of deal just watch for any other signs. Alot of people just have that cute flirty smile! If you think it isn't right then tell someone. Get it taken care of before it ends in jail time for her!

Regardless of what your age is, it is inappropriate for a teacher to use any kind of flirtatious behavior on his/her students. You need to tell the principal if you are uncomfortable with it and be specific about what you are seeing. There is a line that should not be crossed in a teacher/student relationship.

likely, there have been various circumstances the position instructors had affair with scholars. My wager is he's flirting because I propose in case you note attractive lady for sure your going to act somewhat nicer. Theirs really some who're honestly authentic without sexual concept in any respect. If he replaced into to pursue then sure he will be in hassle yet when not then i wager its tremendous see you later as he would not bypass overboard

He or she should be reported to the principal. We have heard about too many teachers who cross the line with their students. It is highly unprofessional behavior.

I don't think that it's normal if this teacher is not young at all.
Maybe he's pedophile , who knows?
I think that it's geek , I wouldn't flirt with him, oh.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable then consider reporting it.

If she is just being friendly then let it lie.
