Mary Kay has an amazingly high-quality and inexpensive brush set. You get 5 brushes, but at department stores you'd only get 1 brush for the same price and quality.

Shoppers Drug Mart has some nice brush sets, at reasonable prices. You can also check in WalMart I'm sure they would have a selection as well.

If you wanted to go a little more high-end you could check in either the BodyShop or Merle Norman.

Pretty much any department store cosmetics department will have a selection.

Happy shopping!

How about considering a much less expensive way of cleaning your brushes? Right now, I use Dawn dishwashing liquid detergent and mix it with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil to clean my brushes. Dawn is very gentle, it's been used to clean oil off of animals that have been hit with oil spills. Plus, it's antibacterial, so it will sanitize your brushes. The only downside to Dawn, is that it will strip moisture away from your brushes. That's where the extra virgin olive oil kicks in. The olive oil will keep your brushes hydrated, expanding their life-span. To be honest, I was a little hesitant in doing this. But I've washed my brushes in this way for a couple of months now, and it works great! My brushes feel so soft now, it's incredible! Try it, it's worth a shot, trust me. Good luck!

Target. Sonia Kashuk has very good brushes. There's another brand also at Target known as Simply Basic. Their stuff is cheap but their brushes are good.

Asda (walmart) they do them for £5 or $10 dollars and they are good, you could also go to your local chemist(pharmacy) as they usually have special offers on, hope this helps?
