Do not go for any third party softwares, k
Windows has got everything you want
1. Open internet explorer
2. Go to Tools
3. Open Internet Options and Click on Content Tab
4. Click Enable on the Content advisor
5. Type in a password and Enable the content advisor
6. Once you have the Content advisor enabled click on settings button next to it.
7. Go to Approved sites tab
8. Key in the website that u want to block and click Never
9.Then go to the Tab general and put a check on "Users can see the sites that have no rating"
10. And make sure that you do have a check on "Supervisors ....blah blah"
11. click apply and close the windows
u r done
Congrats u have blocked the website.. Simple isnt it ? (u still can access the website by typing in the password)

Go to your security system. There will be a tab for blocking websites. Put in the address of the website you want to block and apply it.
