There are probably enough Dems (many are dubbed "Democrat-lite, due to centrist views/tactics), who do NOT like Pelosi and will attempt to fill the gap between her more leftist agenda and that of the far-right. Someone will step in if she starts screwing up...the Dems didn't fight this hard just to lose because of ONE person!

I'm not a big fan of "playing to the middle", but that is what Clinton did and it worked, not just for the election but for the economy, among other of his overlooked accomplishments. He'll be advising the new Congress, I'm sure and along w/other moderates, will caution against extremism.

Let's not abandon ship before it's even taken!

I doubt Pelosi will have to do much moving. America's pretty upset with the Republican party already. All she needs to do is egg it on. Plus, the Dems hold the House! It'll be cake.

But, in the off chance that she just down right sucks, bye bye, Po Po.

If she fails in the house, she will probably be out as Speaker of the House. But if she fails because of presidential vetoes, a Democrat will probably be elected president.
