you should were really light skin color it looks really bad if you do domthing dark or with a lot of color

If you want to focus on your lips, definitely go with neutral colored eyeshadow. If your skin is a cool tone and the red lipstick has some bluish cast to it, I would suggest greys and charcoals on your eyes. If your skin is warmer in tone and the lipstick has a little bit more of a brownish tint to it, definitely go with beiges and browns on eyes. Whatever you do, don't pair a warm toned lip with a cool toned eye color, or vice versa. It looks mismatched and really "cheap."

The best thing to do when wearing red lipstick is to put on a light shaded color and eyeliner in black .. Looks stunning.. I prefer to wear a white color in matte and then apply back liner to emphasize.. When wearing dark lipstick, do not over empasis the eye area . It will look gaudy if you do..

try a dark pink or red if you really want it loll . get a dark blue (midnight blue) eyeliner and use that
try : line the top inside line of your eyes and then a thin line on top
a side fringe would look great with that style xx

you should go with something that goes with your face colors; i mean if you put red ( a Strong color); it will be too much to put blue or green; it will not look natural; go for bronze, beige with a very thin line of blue or green, and if you want to have a bold look; put a thin line of black; otherwise stick to natural;

When i wearred lipstick I jst put black liquid liner on my eyes and and mascara with no eye shadow.

I think a taupe would look great with that. It shouldn't be a color cause it will distract from the lips and look a bit much. The taupe should be the color of your skin or a shade darker, which will give it a nude look.

You should go with neutral eyes, like vanilla colors. You have a strong emphasis on your lips and you should only highlight one area. Otherwise you will look slightly clownish.
