I know that HALF of Jordan's 5.2 million population are Palestinians and also 300,000 Palestian refugees in Syria.

These are just the refugees, how many more are there who are sons and daughters of these refugees?

I'm married to a Palestinian refugee from Saudi Arabia. I'm not sure how many there are in the US, but there are many.

Your question needs revision.

Jordan was created by the Brits out of the old Ottoman Empire as the original "Palestinian Homeland." Therefore, by definition, those in Jordan are not "outside of Palestine."

The only people wanting a "Palestinian homeland" now are people who didn't want to move to Jordan (and now Jordan doesn't want them). These people, rightly or wrongly, won't be satisfied until their ancestral homes are no longer part of Israel. So, in other words, making more "Palestinian homelands" won't ever bring peace.
