Good decision. Who would want to go 2 da bathroom if its constantly stinking? So, go & fire her right away or why don't u jus ask her "What's dat smell in da bathroom?" just after she comes out!!

well I wouldn't have went that far of getting her fired for using the washroom too much or stinking it up too much as well, but each to our own!
