If she is waiting for you, you shouldnt have to buy her anything or worry about being professional. She will be happy to see you and be with you. If you want to do something special buy her flowers and take her to dinner or something special so its not like you are trying to buy her to make sure she is only for you because that starts the feeling of desperation.
