Be a good listener, and let people talk about themselves. They love to. But the real important thing is to really pay attention to what they say and try to see their point of view. Express yours only if you are really sure about it.

first of all: what happen in u is far more important than what happen to u. So, if u think u are stupid than bad things will happen. Do what you can do mate. Dont do what u cant do.
