God needs to be the center of a union of marriage. Once partners are in tuned with eachother and their relationship with God is secure, your spouse will tell you what he / she wants and you can follow the program.

Nope. Not any of the above. The secret to a good marriage is simple: Understanding, compassion, and knowing what the other person wants. As for the "foreplay": Try one position wwith her and the next you try a certain way. By the way: you both need to look good in public and remember: there are different ways to cook. You might just realize that you both are very good cooks.

Lol! Who told you about this list? If she knows how to please her husband in bed, that is surely a very important thing, but that`s not enough. Also being a good cook is not that important, some women do not cook very well, and they have a good marriage. I think marriage is about two persons, so in order for it to work out, the two partners should work hard to make it work out.
As for a wife, I found our personally that a man likes a cheerful wife that will not bother him all the time with complains and problem, and a kind one that will treat t him sometimes as her own child! He needs her to respect his parents and to treat them well. She must be clean at her house, and she must not neglect her appearance. She has to be faithful, and honest (and so does he).
As for a man, I would like my man to be very romantic, very kind and understanding. I like a generous man. He must be faithful. He should dress well, and treat me well. That`s all!

Yes. Women expect a man to have "skills", be a very good cook and dress sharp don't they? If you not going to take care of your appearance, lay around in front of the TV on nights and weekends and expect to be serviced, don't expect a happy marriage or even a long one.

That's not really true. The secrets to a good marriage are: communication, respect, trust, and fidelity. The woman being able to cook well is a bonus. :)

It wold be nice if all of the above were rolled up into one package, And there are surely some women out there who fill the bill...For a good marriage, there must be love, trust, understanding, compassion, loyalty, a sense of fair play, and don't forget to tell her how wonderful he (or she) is. Don't spend more than you can afford, and do tell her (him) that you love them, often, even if you get angry sometimes.

Trust, love, endurance, respect, giving each other leeway in an argument, pleasing each other with gifts and surprises, spending quality time together, have kids that give each other happiness knowing that it comes from a little of me and a little of him... be happy and faithful. Last but not least, have the same religion and worship together
