I would love to know why my stomach is flat first thing in the morning and by evening it looks as if I am 6 months pregnant. What's up with that??? No matter how many sit ups, crunches I do, my stomach is still big after the end of the day. I have been like this all my life and now I am 42. I have nice curves but usually during the day I have to suck my stomach in. My BMI for my age is average. I am not fat.

after a full day of meals, snacks, drinks, etc. your stomach is full. if you get on the scale at the end of the day you are probably 2-3 lbs heavier than in the morning.
sit ups and crunches are working your muscles, but that doesnt stop your actual stomach from being full.

I have the same problem. I'm 10 years older than you and get asked if I'm pregnant all the time. Some morons actually argue the point with me when I tell them I'm not pregnant!
I have a few theories. Maybe it's water retention from sluggish kidneys. Or a sensitivity to a certain food, like milk. Try changing your diet, reducing salt, drink just water. Eat more fibre to ensure adequate elimination. Truth is, I'm not sure, but I'm waiting like you for someone more knowledgable to tell me.

maybe ur bloated
maybe what u eat is causing u to bloat and fill up with liquid
try changing the diet
but the truth is everyone is lightest in the morning by a pound or two because they havent eaten anything yet, try weighing urself at morning and night, and if the difference is over 4 pounds...
