You only owe taxes in the state that you legally live if you filled out the correct forms when they hitred you.
Check with them now to make sure before the year's end.

Odds are MA and FL do not have a "reciprical" tax status. So, if you actually did the work in FL, your company more than likely paid your state income taxes to FL. You will have to file a tax form for FL, get a refund, then file a tax form for MA, and pay your taxes there.

This situation can be very tricky. Go to a tax professional to have it all sorted out.
