As far as i know: Canada, The Netherlands and Spain. It will be legal in South Africa as of December the 1st.

Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and in South Africa (beginning in Dec 06).
It is up for debate in about a dozen other nations, another few dozen recognize civil unions and marriage rights are available in on a regional basis in other countries (in the USA, just Massachusetts).

I look on WIkipedia annd they showed some countries that allowed gay rights. But other than that I wouldn't know. Sorry.

So far the only two i know of are S.Africa and Mexico. I also think Ireland (but dont quote me on that)... there could be more but thats all i know of...
