Highlight your strong points, assume that the question is "why should we give you this job" as one assumes that you do not know anything about the other candidates.

Talk about times when you have taken a lead on projects, have worked on your own initiative and any experience that you have in a wider world environment. Talk about travels (personal or professional) and mention that you are knowledgable about other cultures etc as in a global company this can be important.

Research the company via their website and slant your answer towards their emphasis, especially if they list corporate values etc. In your mind ask what they want and say that you have it, even if you don't you can make it ambiguous enough to appear that you have it.

Good Luck!

In my opinion it would be your best option to simply state that you can only tell them about yourself - not about any other candidates.

No employer worth working for will want someone who tries to get a job by denigrating the skills of others rather than by selling their own capabilities.

Then you can put your best case for yourself - your strengths and abilities that you believe will make you suitable for the job.

Say it in positives - "I am....." " I will...."I believe...."

NOT "I try to be..." "I hope to..." "I would like to..." "I think..."
