Im not psychic but the what I usually do is try to seperate myself from any problems I have. Look from a different point of view see what your options are, try and find out what is your best option.
Its always good to try and set aside some time for yourself. Try meditation or even just reflect on what has happened lately in your life and think of how its made you feel.
If your in the middle of a crisis just sit back and breathe try to calm down and look at things rationally and then emotionally, it can be a really big help.
