Explain how this proves it. Maybe they were all made that way, straight up.

But in any event, I'm not sure I agree with your generalization about the location of eyes, mouth etc. In fact, if most of the planet is insects -- which it is -- your theory is totally blown.

Indeed you have noticed commonality in the design of evolving animals.

As a survival device, 3d vision is pretty damn essential and has helps these species survive - you can see prey and also see how far away your enemies are so you escape.

A mouth is essential for eating food - a plant does not move thus has no need for a mouth but also has no brain as a result. There is a mollusk that moves until it connects to a rock - then it 'eats' it brain to survive as there is no longer a need for a brain!

We have common ancestors and the reason why these organs are in similar zones are for our similarity - we are most similar in DNA to primates then mammals which all have an embryo which is almost identical.

When you look at animals less connected, such as birds and reptiles, there is more diversity. We are dissimilar to insects and this shows in their completely different make-up.

This is just what I believe, no scientific data backing it up or nothing. I think that the Big Bang theory or Intelligent Design theory are probably the best answer. I believe in God & that He created Earth and everything in it. I think that explains it. I had this discussion with a friend who lost it about now in the conversation. If a cook has a secret ingredient that makes their dish thier own, wouldn't all dishes be similar?

Because vertebrates evolved from worm-like ancestors with a head and bilateral symmetry. It is just one of the millions of pieces of evidence that, taken together, over-whelmingly support evolution.

Its kinda like a car factory...the cost to make custom frames would be outrageous, so make a few molds and "customize" the outsides. Cheaper that way wouldn't you say?

If there are still monkeys why aren't there still cave men? How could one genus survive and another not?(besides all the others in between monkey and man) Where are they? Why aren't they running around the same as monkeys?

No, it just proves god has no imagination! (Or that he came up with one basic idea then took the rest of the day off!) Lol!
