Meaning, when you run your finger softly on the bottom of the wrist which shows the veins.

Well, I'm not exactly ticklish there, but if I run my fingers there, it feels weird... Kind of like when my hair tickles my arm... it just annoys me because it's barely there!! :-)

no,,but i am on my palms,,,the only place i am ticklish,,my husband uses it to get me to say i will do something,,say something or just for the fun of making me snort and do the 'mad cackle',,,lol
