Your body is still getting use to the cycle.... if it's very heavy you should go to a doctor just to make sure that it's fine and healthy. You have nothing to be embarrassed about....
hope you'll be okay!

Every person is different from another so what's normal for me maybe unhealthy for you... seek medical help especially since you're young and it's your second period.

Periods can be a little weird when they first begin. Some months they can be heavy, some months can be light. It is because your hormones are still not regulated. It will get into a normal pattern later on.

I would let your mom know about it, and the two of you can figure it out together to see if you need to see a doctor (if your next few periods are like this, or if this one gets worse) but at this point I don't think it is anything to worry about.

I would get some more absorbent pads or if you are using tampons, bump up to a super.

Don't worry AT ALL! For my fist year my period was abnormal; sometimes light and sometimes so heavy I had to have a Super Plus tampon and change it every two hours!! It will become normal with time. Good luck!!!

this happens to me a lot too. since its your second period, you have stuff that needs to come out. (Your body sloughs off the lining of your womb every month, to ditch the unfertilized eggs, producing the blood)
It should be fine. If there is a chance you were pregnant and could be having a miscarriage then that is another story. if you use more than one pad or tampon in 45-60 minutes then you could have a problem.

It's normal.
Get thicker pads or change tampon absorb.
Don't freak out over it. It's going to change and be different all the time. Sometimes it's heavy, sometimes it's light.

once you're searching for some thing over the counter, attempt ibuprofen (Motrin). Double up the dose. It takes a lengthy time period to artwork, even though it is the perfect project i have got here across for severe cramping. reliable good fortune

Totally normal. Its gets usually heavy as you get to your 2nd and 3rd day. After that it gets better so don't worry. Its a big part of life.
