yes they will and you would go to jail so dont do it its just like the california highway patrol that was chaseing the van full of illegals a few years back. well the van flipped over and killed some of the people in the back. the family sued the california highway patrol for wrongful death and won like 6 million dollars. yes the family was illigal too. I wouldn't think so because they are going to be asked for Identifcation, if they don't have proof of being a legal citizen they maybe deported back to thei'r respective country I would imagine.
