Which European nationality do you think is the most friendly?

I find most people from Great Britain are lovely. I am from Australia and we have a lot of ex-pats over here and they mostly seem very friendly.

Bummer!There isn't such a thing in the whole world!What you hear as "the friendliest nation"is pure crap,believe me!All nations have good and bad aspects...there isn't any pure clear distinction that one particular nation is so friendly that melts your heart.You can meet friendly people and arseholes in the same country altogether.But I know that the people of a latin origin are more open-hearted and you feel at ease with because they like to talk a lot,.to gesture to show off!They are said to be great lovers(isn't there the French kiss??)and they like to eat well and drink and meet friends...remember the Romans were doing the same!As for the Anglo-Saxon part and Germans and Scandinavians they are more reserved than friendly they don't like to show their feelings ,especially in public.But they are extremely polite and helpful....But anyway, why bothering so much who's the friendliest of all?It's obvious the Romanians!or the Italians?oh ...I think the Bulgarians!

I would probably say the Irish, they are great. But i've met many, although many people have different opinions because they've all been through different things. How people treat newcomers and even each other depends on their personal beliefs and sometimes what is culturally accepted from where their from. A countries history will also afect how nice they are to other cultures and religions. Cheers
