It's poking me in the heart, and I think it depends on the person trying to tickle it that determines how quickly it activates :)

My humerus is in my upper arms but my funny bone is all over..it can take very little to activate it because I am a generally happy person most of the time.

I'm not funny myself, alas....but my body consists of only funny bones when it comes to being a great audience for other people's jokes....I absolutely love to laugh!!
LOL, nah, with so many funny bones in my body it doesn't take much at all to activate at least one or two for starters.

It is at the base of the humerus(upper arm bone) at the elbow.
Not too much, but it has to be in just the right place.

Well, there is actually a bone called the humerus and it's our upper arm bone... but I'm ticklish almost everywhere!

between my forearm and shoulder. Bumping it on something definitely will make it react and it sure is not funny.

just to the outside of your elbow and it doesn't take much, just have to hit the right place.
