Jodie, I am two-fold experienced in this--I have five kids, and I am a furniture restorer. I like the idea of using the enzymatic solution, but do the whole thing in a kiddie pool and let it SIT. Now, this is ONLY if the core is polyurethane foam, not a down pillow. After sitting for hours, wring it out the best you can, then hang it by a corner. Let it drain. Turn it upside down after four hours and drain it by another corner. Once all four corners are drained, compare its weight to another (dry) core. If they are the same, replace the casing.

Get an enzyme cleaner for pet odors--you can find them at pet stores or anywhere carpet cleaning machines are rented. Follow the instructions and it should do the trick.

If they are washable, put them in the washing machine. If not, or you are not sure, take them to the dry cleaners.
