Use Your virus scanner to delete that trojan in your computer's "Safe Mode". The chances are good that the trojan is in use when you are trying to delete it, making cleaning impossible.
Safe mode loads just minimum to make windows run, making cleaning and deletion much easier.
To get to safe mode , for most computers, repeatedly tap the F8 key at the first screen after a reboot.
Good luck.

Check this link and follow AVG's instructions. If you don't have a really good antivirus program, AVG is one of the best free ones. If you do have one, it apparently isn't able to remove the trojan.
