If your best friend is bossy, have a talk with him/her. Explain how you feel, they might not realize that they are behaving this way.
If, after your talk, it continues, stop and just stare at them, it should get the point across.

Tell her to back off. She is your friend, not your boss. Sit her down and have a talk with her. Tell her that you don't want to offend her, but that she needs to relax a bit. You treasure her friendship, but when she acts bossy, you don't want to be around her. Tell her in a nice, caring way. If she doesn't stop or if she gets defensive, then tell her that you will talk to her again when she calms down.

U knw wat, I think that ur so called best friend doesnt deserve to have you as a friend. But if you do think that she is really serious with the bossyness then my best bet is a) if u still like her, best thing to do is to negotiate or b) if u think its not going very well, either u break it up with u two or the more easier and less painful aproach is to still try to be friends. U knw, if u try to dig in deeper into her u might just get to make her the onebest friend you ever wanted.
