an internet cafe, close to the local high school and a popular garage, and the court house. I am thinking i could have computers set up for people to play on, sell coffee and deli sandwiches and desserts... maybe soup... a sitting room with tables to sit at and a sofa or two also.. we could also do computer repair and used computer sales... there is also enough room in this building to do a book store, and also enough to sell consignment clothing & electronics.

Good morning dear. That sounds like a really good idea. For the reason that, you are placing this close to a school. There are school age children who do not have computers, and they do have school work that reguires the internet.Selling coffee, sandwiches, soups, and desserts, will attract a wide variety of people. You will attract those on their lunch break from other establishments nearby, you will attract those from the courthouse and the garage, since your close.Adding the books ,electronics, and fixing computers will definately bring in more business. It is a wonderful idea.I wish you the best of luck with this business.

I think you can do just about anything you want and whilst its great to diversify you have to have a main focus, something you specialise in that you do well and and do it better than most of your competitors.

The diversification could be a part of your strategy it will make you different from competitors, however if you cant do all these things to a satisfactory standard people will make assumptions that the other facets of your business are much the same.

I would say have one primary focus (eg, sell sandwhichs) and two secondary elements (eg. internet cafe and coffee). It may pay to do some more research about what people in that area want.

Good Luck

I would do a little research in the area and see how much interest there would be in a business like that. Sad but true many businesses start out well but end up having to go out of business because of all the financial responsibilities (taxes, insurance, cost to run the business, payroll, etc.) If you decide to do it, good luck just do some numbers crunching and get the advice of a good accountant.

Sounds perfect. Be sure to play some music that is popular for your target market as well. Maybe if you have the space you could also have a "jam" night with local people coming in to perform their own music.

maximum individuals do not see it, yet probability is everywhere. i have began 5 organizations, the most suitable of which runs with 4 people, has international-wide sales and makes a good number of money through unique products and severe margins. you'll favor a normal employer to reduce actual demands. it really is conceivable too. thoughts are ordinary to go back up with. that is the inducement and force to cause them to fly it really is uncommon. i have had diverse employer thoughts that i'm confident might want to fly, yet did not have the time and couldn't locate others with sufficient ambition to flow after them, so maximum are on the shelf. i'm making an allowance for one especially which could be most suitable for you- that is run by your self, very low overhead, severe margin, and also you may want to do it from residing house. Does require a small quantity of fabrication ability, yet not something state-of-the-artwork. that is production and sale of a special yet ordinary novelty merchandise, which could promote by a web save website. likely value you $a million,000 to get prepared and initial inventory of fabrics, plus the straightforward internet website. if you're able to do your human being website, which will be low priced too, if not there are some rather life like programmers which will do it. i might want to make sure this as something which could be run by 1 human being, likely with one helper. Has the flair to grow to be a fad merchandise, spread by observe of mouth and growing instantly. i recognize of not something like it on the marketplace now or contained in the previous. honestly do not favor to describe it the following as which could be making it public sources, yet you may digital mail me. tell me somewhat about you and your concern, and if it type of appears like a in good structure, i might want to grant you with the idea and the promotion and marketing plan. loose, of route, no strings connected. i am going to by no potential get round to it besides. purely click my show screen call for the profile, then digital mail.

It sounds like a good idea. But! one thing I noticed in our area, Starbucks wiping out the local places. The one that has survived, is a coffee house combo, much like you mentioned, in a historic downtown setting. It feels comfy cozy, very charming, great athmosphere, not trendy. Attracts all age groups. Good luck.
