i am intrested in exposing myself to the rest of the world and i believe by creating a website would enable people get to know about what i have to offer. that is why i need to know how i can create my own website/webpage.

There are many available sites offering Web hosting on the Internet. Some are Tripod on Lycos, and Yahoo! GeoCities.
1. Choose a host to your liking, then sign up for free membership on its site.
2. Register an account with them. You need to supply certain personal details, and a confirmation via e-mail may be required.
3. After your account has been confirmed, start uploading your publication.

Ok there are a few things that you will need...
1. Domain Name
2. A Hosting Account ( That's a place to store your files for your new website and manage all you email that you will be getting from your new business.)
3. Your website design
