What does relay mean? If it involves chemicals you might want to wait to be on the safe side.

Relay?
As in, hand it off to someone else while running around a track?
I guess so, but, why would you want to?

I think you probably mean "relax" your hair, right? I personally prefer to stay away from as many chemicals as possible. Check with your doctor, though, s/he might give you the green light.

if your talking chemicals at this stage in your pregnacy its not recommended as its highly unsafe for your unborn.
colouring your hair is ok but only if left in for under 30 mins.
