i think this comes under partial disablement, so u need to check out the labour laws regarding this in ur country..when a person gets injured while working on the jod and becomes disabled, then it is the duty of the employer to pay compensation for the same according to the laws in the country..

Yes, I know someone with one eye who works on the rigs. I'm not sure where you are located, but here in Alberta you can definately get a job.
