I have heard people say that the baby goes through growth spurts during the pregnancy. So does anyone have any idea what months I will grow the most? I am 17 weeks and it seems like just in the past few days my belly has swollen and so have the top of my legs. Not like water retension swollen. I haven't been eating any different so it has to be Angela. I know they have weight charts to go by but do they have them for each month? Thanks!

Yes they do. I am also feeling the same thing. I am pregnant with my second child and I am 13 weeks. I feel like just overnight my belly popped. I am more tired lately and I have been super hungry. I try and honor what my body is telling me that my new baby needs. It's not quite as easy with a toddler but at least I try. You will also notice more growth spurts later on I think maybe about 24-28 weeks and then of course the third trimester seems like one continuous growth spurt. Enjoy the time and if you seem more hungry then just try and eat an extra snack until it passes. Also, if you plan to breastfeed Angela (Beautiful name) may seem like she is always at your breast or always wanting a bottle at times. But that too will level off. Best of luck and congrats!!!

The baby grows very fast at the beginning of pregnancy, but since they are so small to begin with it, the growth is not noticable to you. By your last trimester you will feel like you are bigger every day! (and you probably are!) Enjoy this time with your baby!
