i downloaded a program called xingtone and the way it works is you take mp3s and cut the part of the song you want as a ringtone and the program will send it though you email to your mobil phone all you have to do then is save as ringtone on you phone, the only thing is that you get one free and then you have to pay like 20 bucks for unlimited use, it really is a neat program....because their are alot of ring tones from song out there but it always seems to me to be the part of a song that i dont want, this way you can cut it to the exact part of what you want of the song
oh i almost forgot, not only that you can send these ringtones to you friends in you network also unlike the ringtones you would download from your phone

You can type in a song you want for a ringtone on any search, and I bet you will have the first two lines saying "Whatever song you want" get a free ringtone of it!
