I recommend checking the Drama section of Barnes & Noble. The one I frequent generally has quite a few different books of monologues organized by the type of monologues in them- for example, I recently found a collection of all the female monologues from Shakespeare, as well as one specifically geared toward younger actors.

1. One should never, ever do a monologue without having read the entire play. The director will be able to tell.

2. The best monologues come from reading a play and cutting out the lines that are being said by the person one is talking to. It is okay to modify A LITTLE to make things flow. This is because directors hear the same monologue over and over and over, and it is impressive to see someone make that much effort.

i don't think of that females hate one yet another ordinarily. i imagine that you may discover insecurities amongs those that hate their woman counterpart. this can stem from having to compete early in life (which lady wears the prettiest outfits, which lady has the prettiest hair, etc.). it is only some thing that we not in any respect fairly develop out of till we make a wakeful attempt to take excitement in the remarkable thing about a "sister." area of the lack of self assurance is the position jealousy performs a competent area. oftentimes females are subjected to the video games of adult males taking area in one lady hostile to a unique, which isn't a healthful commence. that is the position mind power can surely win over. you'll discover that many females are uniting and not in any respect permitting those petty changes impression how they take care of one yet another. yet what you note is without delay ahead contained in the position of work and it has lots to do with that individual's history. adult males are really a similar except they don't enable their testerone degrees communicate for them even as issues get heightened. :)
