I'm running Mac OS 10.4. and when my printer options screen pops up, I have the area where I can select double sided printing popping up BUT it's greyed out. Can't find a way to select the option.
Also, I tried printing a test page like the guy at the store did to see if it could print double sided like I saw him do it, but the printer only spat out a one sided page. Any ideas?

oh and I've already researched the manual, the website, the FAQs and the tech email is down for the morning...any other ideas?
