Find a Real estate Agent to do it for you. Can be tricky to do properly. Need Solds, currents, expireds, withdrawns. Also be careful about what timeframe you use. More than 6 mos. ago may not be a valid "comp". Good luck

If in NY you can look at propertyshark.com. Your local realtor can help you, sometimes in your local paper's real estate section may have recently sold properties, also drive around your neighborhood and look for signs on properties that say sold; get the address and go down to your county clerk's office and get a copy of the deed to that property.

The only sites I know are exclusive to realtors. You can check "solds" at your county Register of Deeds, they have access to everything sold in your area. Good Luck!
