Funny you should say this--my daughter poured lipstick red polish all over our clothes one day, and even using acetone, mineral spirits, toluene and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) nothing fully removed it. The paint base may come out, but the pigment which is ground up and mixed with the paint base, stays. It formed halos as the stain migrated through the fabric. I'm sorry.

Take it to a professional dry cleaner and tell them what the stain is. They are the most likely to remove it without harming the garment and will tell you if it cannot be removed.
