Well to be honest this question comes up a lot and in fairness to every great player i think it is imposssible to name one or even two or three plyers as the best ever for a couple of reasons
1 because of the different eras different players played in the styles of football are different and therefor cant be compared
2 because of the level of football different players played at some players played at a lower standard that others so maybe it was easier for some players to look good.
3 finally how do any of us know that there was not a grest player gone that we didnt find out about that could have been the greatest it happens all the time in every country players go unoticed or slip by
so not the answer u were hoping for i supose just needed to get it off me chest
and if i had to name someone i would say pukas/maradona
prob should have said that from the start....lol
