As long as the current focus of channels like MTV and E! remains on celebs and thier silly lives persists, we the more intelligent inhabitants of this rock called Earth will be submitted to the Paris Hiltons, Brittneys, K-Feds, Brangelinas, Lindsey Lohans, and Tomkats of the moment.
There is nothing innovative about Paris Hilton. The innovation comes from the media trying to cash in on the gazillions she spends by publicizing the fact that she spends.
I'm sorry. Anyone who shows up at a photo-op for "Get out the vote" but then says in an interview that she forgot about voting deserves to be condemned to ignominy.
I saw a photo of Paris wearing her signature shirt as she walked into a Beverly Hills house: Front said "that's hot" The back said, and this is an exact quote, "your not". For someone with as much money and exposure as she has, I would have had someone proofread my shirt before I was seen in public with it. Embarrassing! Despicable! Enraging!
I wish she would just go away or do something more productive with her image and her money. Frakk her bubble-headed inanities! If she were pretty I could understand it, but she's so skinny I'd be afraid to get hurt were I to try and frakk her! Gross!
