I don't think that it should be Non-Muslims in your question. I think that the question should be based on Non-extreme faiths! but I would not know how many Millions that would be (probably make us a Minority Group. "YES!" we will get more power to complain about everything just like all other minority groups.)
The government will never admit that fact that its a problem, as they need every vote they can get. If you don't think that you have enough voters on Social Payments, import a few more.
They know realise that ALL of the Intelligent People Vote Anything other than Labour. The problem is that "British Intelligence" is in the decline! The government is just proof positive of that fact.
Mr Blurt and his Bozos are busy running around the world like kids in a sweet shop trying everything they can before the shopkeeper returns!
With a bit of luck everyone will see them for what they are, just as the American people have with George W Bush Esq.
Roll on the General Election. Vote with your feet and Kick them out of office.

I find that a lot of the muslim gentleman i meet are polite courteous folk, but quite a few are angry, opinionated people, when im trying to make a point to them they accuse me of being racist with No grounds, why is this so. I understand that all religions/faiths have angry people in amongst their ranks, but not all cry racism at the first opportunity. This is possibly one of the any reasons that the government are so interested in the muslim communities in great Britain another could be the London suicide bombers, call me sceptical but the could be important....

As a muslim, a voter, a taxpayer, I am sick to death of people reading the tabloids and then blaming us for everything that goes on here. My friends, family and I don't even know where the politically correct brigade get off speaking on our behalf, when we haven't complained. They are making real problems for our communities. We don't care what non-muslims celebrate or how they live their lives. We live in a free country, where we are ALL free to do as we wish. If any do-gooders are reading this; I know you mean well, but please stop interfering, you are really not doing us any favours. We just want to be like everybody else.
Example: My daughter is at secondary school, she has muslim and non-muslim friends, she wears the muslim dress. The multi-cultural teacher keeps stopping her in the corridor and asking " Is anybody being racist against you?" Or "Are you being bullied about you religion?" She finds this really embarrassing, she has never had one racial comment in the 3 years.
So to racists and non-racists, don't believe everything you read. Try speaking openly to muslims and I think you will be surprised to find that we just want to be treated the same as everybody else.
Peace be with you all!

They know it but don't want to acknowledge it except at election times. Most of the members of the Houses of Parliament are so out of touch with reality they believe the great British public think they are doing a wonderful job. Just look at the answers some of these people gave to the media when challenged about their allowances recently.(The average for MP's expenses last year was 122,677 pounds sterling,'Prudence' Brown claimed 137,328 pounds sterling, still it's expensive travelling to Fife when you can't borrow the Queens Flight.) Fairy tales about writing over two hundred letters a day to their constituents, you couldn't make it up !.

Us Anglo Saxons and Bythonic Celts do not count. We're not allowed to mention our race by name for fear that it will offend someone. Christmas has now been officially cancelled and renamed Winterfest - yes, I know, sounds a bit Krauty, but there you go. If you want to change all of this and kick PC into the long grass then you'll have to start a new political party which will ultimately do just that. Oh yeah and if you say you'll do something in your manifesto, keep your promise.

If the BNP do well at the next election, maybe other parties will finally realise that the majority of people British people are fed up being treated as second class citizens in their own country, why should we change our historical traditions etc. to suit newcomers into this country. Once again this government thinks more about minorities than it's own people. Make the most of being P.M. Gordon Brown, because you won't be after the next election.

Probably never. Unless we get UKIP or the BNP in power.
(Which I do not wish)
All the others are too scared of stirring up a hornet's nest.
I'm sick to death that every article I read these days includes the phrase "offensive to Islam".
When in Rome....
