Because in any part of society, there are always some people who are careless and/or thoughtless when it comes to others' property

Some people just don't care about other peoples property. I had someone pull up next to me one time in a parking space and she opened her door and it swung into my car. I was waiting for her to at least say something like "sorry" but she said nothing. And it's not as though she didn't notice. Some people are just rude.

I know what you mean - I have a white car and either side of it has little coloured marks where people open their car doors and hit my car. When I get out of my car I always make sure the door does not hit the car parked next to it, and even hold the door for the kids so they dont do it either.
No one seems to have any respect any more!

Pay for the repair by demanding the trolley owner claim from their public liability insurance.

My car was dented by another driver whilst parked and he just drove off!, fortunatly tha garage had cctv so i was able to find out who it was and get somthing done about it. We live in a big brother world so why not use it to our advantage

jealosuy and releasing their anger, ive had mine done thats a payback for me to do someone elses years ago, that was because of jealousy... im being honest

because unfortuantely that is our society today. honesty to these kind of people solved nothing. it makes you mad dont it when you cant own anything nice nowadays
