There are usually three options
1. Fight the problem
2. Leave the situation
3. Accept the situation
How much you are cornered will depend on which options are available to you. When you cannot leave, you are then left with two options. Do nothing, or fight. Quite often you will find that doing both will be your only answer. How you fight, and with what weapons will determine whether you are successful or not.

Well, I've been in this situation myself, but I didn't have the confidence to do this, so I hope that you will. You need to make sure someone else is present, and ask your boss for a formal meeting to discuss your concerns. So then you meet with him/her, with a witness present who takes minutes of the meeting. Speak honestly and go through each instance where you feel you have been discriminated against. You will reach one of two outcomes -
1. You might realise that there is a logical explanation for each instance, and then the problem will be solved, or
2. You might realise that you are right, and then you will have the documentation from an independent witness to be able to take the matter further, so you then need to contact your union (if you have one).
Good luck, I hope it works out well for you.

Request an audience with him and express your feelings about his behavior. Ask her why and accept constructive criticism. There are always two sides of the coin. If his suggestions are for the good of the company then follow them. If he still discriminates against you, in spite of the compromise, then file a written , formal complaint.

can you prove it? difficult to do and a lot of anguish for everyone.
Easier to get rid of your boss.
If possible move within your company to another area. It will probalby suit both you and your boss.
Try talking to your boss about it - you may find they are not aware of your perception and will be happy to help.
