Your next step is to venture out and buy some nail clippers. After that give your children a fun and leisurely bath time. Then bundle them in dryer warmed towels and carefully trim their nails. Most importantly, do all of this without being an a$$ about their other parent's faults.
PS - The stinking feet will also resolve with this plan. The secret bonus is that your children (who are not stupid) will not end up with murderous, split personalities but with kind and loving, tolerant personalities. Good deal, eh? Stop being a di*k.

Paco, maybe mom is too busy working and taking care of things the kids really need like food and rides here and there etc. that she doesn't clip nails and wash feet hourly. Jeese, give her a break.
Your next step is to clip nails and wash feet, maybe even go above and beyond and buy em new socks if it bugs you that much.
And just so you know, probably feet smell cause their sneaks are old, maybe instead of sitting there being critical you could spring for new sneaks too....wow,,,,what a concept.
If you want to help the kids out, do just that.

buy them some socks and cut their nails,,(if they want you to),,if you make a huge deal of such a small thing you could end up branded as a trouble maker for the sake of causing trouble,,,,it really isnt such a big deal is it? complain when they come hungry and naked,,and pick your battles as one day you may need to have their mother on side as some conflict with the kids means you and her have to stand together as parents and you cant do that if you are at war.

Is the only problem you have.? I would say that it is petty. Kids have smelly feet and uncute nails.
Could you just keep the peace and have the kids wash their feet and cut their nails. ?
Are they living in an unsafe house.? Is their mother negletive.? Are they being harmed in anyway.? Are they not being feed enough.
Are you children happy.?

Then sue for full custody. Document your findings and keep tabs with your attorney. If you feel that your ex isn't taking proper care of the kids then go after her.

I would say take care of them. When they are with you, attend to their needs - give them a bath and clip their nails. You can not control what your ex does when she is with them.
Just do what you can when they are with you. Don't create trouble over this small issue.

Find a family lawyer, and take it from there. If you are going to try to do something about this, you'll need help.
