taking daily baths or showers...keeping really clean, is all your friend has to worry about...
no medical reason to shave or trim there unless she has pubic lice.

No...there is no reason to shave if she doesn't want to. Just shower regularly. No doctor would say that it is bad to have hair. We don't ask people with thick long hair on their head to shave for health reasons. Or men with hairy chests and backs to shave.
Who told her she was unsanitary? How did this person know she had lots of hair anyway? What business is it of theirs? Don't let people "crazy make" her. People enjoy playing with other people's minds and making them self conscious. Don't let people do that to her.
Do they make men with bushy mustaches and beard shave because it is unsanitary? That is more unsanitary that anything a woman has.

Well in ur case..its seems u like ur gf to have public hair. Actually its not insanitary..we shud take care of it,clean it daily..atleast twice a day with soap which doesnt contains harmful chemicals..In my experience i have heard many cases that when a girl is having public hair..the boys tend to have difficulty in having intercourse because of the interruption of hairs...Well without hair..skin rashes can occur and a high chances of getting bacterial infection is high when they dont have public..Hey remember one thing...the god gives eye lashed to protect dust from directly entering our eyes..like that public hair is for protection of direct rubbing of public bone of two sex can cause skin torture and cause painful...So trimming the hair would be nice idea than shaving it completely

It is not unsanitary, if anything it protects. Shaving and trimming is for appearance only.

Shaving actually may cause cuts and ingrown hairs, which may be more problematic. As long as those areas are kept clean and dry, there's is no need for concern in regards to excess bacteria.

Your friend should not be worried. If one shaves it off this can lead to yeast enfections....and other problems.
Keeping it trimmed though is a good idea if and only if hair grows fast on your friend.
Otherwise there are many women in this world who do not shave at all and they have lived there life's this way.....

that's very own decision yet individually I trim and basically shave if there are areas that stick out (of bathing suites or underclothes .. For contained in the mattress room) shaving thoroughly is stupid for my section

Well one thing is that u can't have pubic lice if u remove ur pubes regularly.................. but the main thing is that sex is much better without having thousand of hairs covering up ur most sensitive wonderful parts!

Yes. Too much hair wheather its pubic or under arm is unsanitary. The same is the case with males who grow long beard & moustache.

the hair is there for a reason, just like eye brows and lashes. it's there to protect the area.
I still shave though so don't worry, i'm not a cavewoman.
