moniters are supposed to refresh at a rate of up to 85 times per second you can adjust it in your advanced display properties

CRT monitor always refereshes. The normal rate of refreshing is 60 Hz. you can change the refreshing rate by going to control panel > display properties > settings > advanced and then changing the refresh rate.

they are always supposed to refresh..

if u are facing too much flicker, u can increasr refresh rate of ur monitor so that it decreases..

a refresh rate of 75 will be good..

you can change it as follows:

right click on desktop, select properties, then settings tab, choose advanced in that, and than monitor.

u can change ur refresh rate there
