Have your mom set up a weekend at a day spa for just you and a few friends and get your nails done massages and hair done go shopping
Its the transitional period from pre-teen to teen lol good luck have fun on your special day

do something for others..such as donate blood or volunteer your time at a shelter, etc. You will feel good. Have a volunteer party for a worthy cause. There are a lot of fun things to do out there and everyone benefits. What ever you get new for your birthday try to donate that many items (of stuff you don't use) to charity.
you can make someone else happy on your birthday and then they will remember it is your birthday, etc!

Corrine h had the best idea. The weekend is the best time for a good party - after school DVD's & a party at the weekend.
If you actually want to do something during the day (at school), do something special with your mates in the lunch break (get them to buy you lunch, etc.).
