What is the most important thing you know?
from a psychological point of view, I mean
it doesn't matter if it is totally obvious, but you could tell me how you've found it out.
for example, I have just established that there is no use in trying to figure out someone's reasoning for doing something... because I' ll never ever know for sure all that motivated them to make that choice.

And can we ever truly know another person?
I think we can...we see anothers goodness and love grows from that...

i think the most important thing i have learned is that people are all different, different personalities and while yes there are probably many in the world similar to me, they dont neccessarily have to be my family, co-workers etc, ,, while a knew that, as a fact, to actually apply it to life, view people that way, was a major change, to really understand it resolved alot for me.. knowing why sometimes im not understood, or dont understand others,,,,

i found out by a statement one of my counsins made, about me and my 4 brothers, he said "your all great people, but wow your different personalities "

it helped me understand my family, and then i could view the world in that light

I know that I am the type of person that can never say no so sometimes when I do something for someone it does not come from my heart. I make quick judgments of people I first meet then later find out I don't like them or I do like them. So I think it takes a long time to really know someone. I know I need to work on my judgment problem and saying no! Thanks for pointing that out.

I can control my emotions if I try.Whenever I had a contest my legs started to shiver with emotions, now, I found out that if I try to encourage myself I'll calm dawn immediately and I won't worry because my legs will shiver. Also before a contest my colleagues are all very nervous and I manage to stay calm every time.

I totally believe I can change whatever defaults in my character, I call it filtering, well I can call myself a perfectionist, thought I totally believe no one is perfect. Still, I know that I can get back to what I was and have changed, only whenever I want. Well I tought myself to have more and more self esteem, I know I highly do... still sometimes I doubt it, but I remind myself.

I know that I can't turn away someone no matter who they are in need of help or an animal in need of help. What's important is that it might change someones life if they see that someone cares enough to help them.
