I will write a letter to management stating that they will provide my benefits in advance.
To Management,

I am requesting your good office to provide my service benefits in advance due to the emergency occurred by my family in the Philippines. As a breadwinner I am oblige to provide the necessary action for them to survive with the current difficulty they are encountering. They certainly need my financial support but unfortunately I can’t afford to finance them due to lack of funds.

This is my kind request to your good office to consider my request and do necessary action for the benefits of my family.

To Management,

I am requesting your good office to provide my service benefits in advance due to an emergency which happened to my family in the Philippines. As the sole wage earner, I am obliged to take the necessary steps for them to survive the current difficulty they are encountering. They certainly need my financial support but unfortunately I can’t afford to finance them due to lack of funds. Giving me my service benefits in advance would help them very much.

This is my sincere request to your good office. Please consider my request and make the necessary arrangements for the benefits of my family.

Sincerely,
(your name here)

To Management,

My family in the Phillipines has recently experienced an emergeny. I do not have enough money available to assist them and would like to request an advancement in my pay of $XXXX to meet their financial needs.

Is it possible to get an employer loan or an advancement on my pay? I am in desperate need.

Yep..i guess it is..you have provided all the right reasons...use emotions while giving the letter, by hand, or if you are posting it, use sentiments...
