We are doing networking for new office and electrical work also.The electrical engineer want to put both the coaxial cable & electrical cables together in one box.Is there any problem if we put them together?

Above answer is a little on the safe side ... 2 feet is a little bit far ... but they should be seperated by a metal barrier and be at least 6 inches apart

I actual have ran them parallel with electric wires in the previous with none project, yet I purely did it as quickly as I particularly had no different selection. If I had the alternative i would not do it. maximum critically save them faraway from flourescant lighting fixtures, the ballasts emit alot of noise which will reason significant themes. For a sparkling set up and to evade problems sooner or later i might run them seperately.

Cat5 cable is doesn't really have much of a problem, but you really should avoid running it next to electrical circuits. High voltage sources can cause EMI and degrade the signal. Use the extra shielded stuff if you have this problem.

No, you cannot do that. It is out of code,, and will not pass inspection. The coax you can run anywhere, but the electrical should be up to code,, the reason for it is if there's a short, it could potentially fry your equipment or you.
You also cannot run them in the same conduit.

yes the electromagnetic waves from electrical will interfear with the network they should be lept 2 feet apart

You have to be aware of possible "cross-talk", http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crosstalk

Make sure the net cable is shielded.
