Well, seeing how that works out to just under 90 mph, that would be incredible.
10 kilometers in 42 minutes would be quite good, both for speed and endurance. That would rate very high.

That can't be rated, not a applicable. That's faster than a car going 100km per hour (ie. which take 1 hour to travel 100 km). You take only 45 mins to do 100km???
